Dear Fellow Oldtimers:
KITCHENER-WATERLOO
OLDTIMERS’ HOCKEY CLUB INC.
We are preparing for our 45th Annual Charity Hockey Tournament. We would like to welcome 40 teams in 10 divisions as follows:
Division “35+” Division “40+” Division “45+” Division “50+” Division “55+” Division “60+” Division “65+” Division “70+” Ladies Division
***Note: Divisions will be created based on demand of received and confirmed applications. As per last year, there could be A and B divisions in some age groups***
We would like to host a successful tournament again this year, and hope it’s enjoyable for all participants. If you have any suggestions to improve this tournament or changes that you would like to see, please email me. gmonahan56@gmail.com
The entry fee for this year’s tournament will be $1,050.00 per team. We ask that you return the attached Application form with a deposit of $500.00 as soon as possible so organization of divisions and placements can begin. The balance of the entry fee of $550.00 is due by DECEMBER 20, 2026, and if not received by this date, another team on a waiting list could fill your position. For any team that can’t be placed, your deposit will be promptly returned.
Post-dated cheques for December 20th may be included along with your initial deposit. (And appreciated). Please make all cheques payable to: K-W Oldtimers Hockey Tournament.
Given the uncertainty around our postal system, it is suggested you do the following:
1. Email your application forms to gmonahan56@gmail.com
2. Send your $500 deposit to kwoht.tdbk@gmail.com Final payments can also be sent there.
The 45th Annual Charity Oldtimers Hockey Tournament will be held JANUARY 22nd , 23rd and 24th
